- VF work on modern platform (NinjaTrader) with features like DOM, Chart trader and such
- VF (based on NT) work with many more data vendors
- VF is licensed from MD and contain most of the important feature MD has.
- VF is cheaper then MD.
- VF main limitation is unable to load historical data, this will be fixed in next version of NT
